AARTO Transgression Schedule

We are building an online help resource to ensure that our members remain well informed about AARTO, the transgressions specified and the consequence of failing to abide by these rules. This is a work in progress and by virtue of the nature of the law can not be considered an authority on the matter, the bill or associated legislation.
We have begun with a summary of 5 categories of offences and will build upon this over time for the benefit of our members. If your looking for a detailed summary of the AARTO information, try this online resource. We have found it helpful. If your looking for a lot more detail, this pdf document may be more in line with your expectation, but be warned, there is a lot to digest.
Vehicle licensing and registration offences
