As we look ahead to 2026, the Land Rover Owners’ Club of Southern Africa (LROC) invites all members to one of the most important moments in the Club’s annual calendar, the Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM remains a cornerstone of the Club’s governance and an essential forum through which members collectively reflect, deliberate, and guide the future direction of LROC.
The 2026 AGM is convened in accordance with Rule 7 of the Club’s Constitution. It provides members with the opportunity to review the affairs of the Club, engage in meaningful discussion, and participate in decisions that help shape the future of our Club.
The AGM serves as a vital platform for members to reflect on progress made, consider matters of importance to the Club, and contribute to its ongoing development. Through discussion and informed participation, the AGM ensures that the Club continues to operate in a manner that is transparent, accountable, and aligned with the interests of its members.
To support informed participation, a Document Repository has been established, providing members with access to all documentation relevant to the AGM. These documents, which are essential to understanding the governance, structure, and operation of the Club, are accessible via the repository, with the link confirmed in the Notice of Meeting. Members are encouraged to review this material ahead of the AGM to enable constructive and informed engagement.
